We’re here to help! Check out our FAQ below to learn more about how to join the fun, spread kindness, and be part of the EveryRock community.
EveryRock is a community project that spreads kindness, inclusion, and disability awareness through painted rocks hidden around the community. It’s a fun and creative way to inspire connection, understanding, and positivity!
It’s easy! Paint a rock with a kind message or fun design, seal it, and hide it somewhere safe and public. Then keep an eye out for rocks hidden by others! Don’t forget to share photos of the rocks you find or create in our Facebook group.
Anything positive!
You can paint colorful designs, uplifting words, images promoting kindness and inclusion, or messages of encouragement. Keep it friendly and family-appropriate for all ages to enjoy.
Use acrylic paint for bright, lasting colors. To protect your rock from weather, seal it with a clear outdoor sealer (like Mod Podge Outdoor or a spray sealant).
Hide your rock in safe, public places where people can easily and safely find them — parks, playgrounds, trails, community centers, etc. Avoid private property and dangerous locations (like streets or busy parking lots).
Take a picture and share it in our EveryRock Facebook group!
You can either keep the rock as a reminder of kindness or re-hide it to continue spreading joy to others.
Absolutely! EveryRock is for everyone — kids, teens, adults, families, schools, and community groups. It’s a wonderful activity for all ages.
No — but we would love to see your creations and finds! The Facebook group is where our community shares photos, celebrates together, and keeps the kindness going.
Nope! Participation is free. Just grab some rocks, paint, and creativity — and you're ready to go!
